Agreement to Terms

Services Provided
Carter's Garage Coating of Idaho provides professional garage floor coating services including epoxy coatings, polyaspartic coatings, decorative flake systems, concrete staining, concrete polishing, concrete sealing, and related surface preparation and finishing services throughout the Treasure Valley and surrounding Idaho communities. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and site conditions. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided by Carter's Garage Coating are estimates based on the information available at the time of the quote. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, including but not limited to concrete condition, moisture levels, existing coatings or sealers, and accessibility. We will communicate any potential price changes before beginning work. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise specified.
Scheduling and Cancellations
We make every effort to honor scheduled installation dates. However, weather conditions, material availability, and other unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling. We will notify you as soon as possible if a schedule change is necessary. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled installation may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover preparation costs and scheduling adjustments.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement. We accept various forms of payment and offer financing options for qualified customers. A deposit may be required to secure your installation date. The remaining balance is due upon satisfactory completion of the project. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your agreement.
Warranty
Our garage floor coatings are backed by our warranty covering coating integrity and workmanship. Warranty details, terms, and any exclusions will be provided in writing with your project agreement. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carter's Garage Coating of Idaho shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services or your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
