All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and site conditions. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion. ## Quotes and Pricing All quotes provided by Carter's Garage Coating are estimates based on the information available at the time of the quote. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, including but not limited to concrete condition, moisture levels, existing coatings or sealers, and accessibility. We will communicate any potential price changes before beginning work. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise specified. ## Scheduling and Cancellations We make every effort to honor scheduled installation dates. However, weather conditions, material availability, and other unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling. We will notify you as soon as possible if a schedule change is necessary. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled installation may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover preparation costs and scheduling adjustments. ## Payment Terms Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement. We accept various forms of payment and offer financing options for qualified customers. A deposit may be required to secure your installation date. The remaining balance is due upon satisfactory completion of the project. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your agreement. ## Warranty Our garage floor coatings are backed by our warranty covering coating integrity and workmanship. Warranty details, terms, and any exclusions will be provided in writing with your project agreement. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, structural movement, or conditions beyond our control.
